Hillebrand Winery Restaurant celebrates the relationship between our land, our people, our wines and our food.  2010 Toronto Gold Medal Plates winner, Chef Frank Dodd showcases locally inspired cuisine made with ingredients from the bounty of Niagara Wine Country and Winemaker Craig McDonald pairs them with wines made from grapes that grow in the same soil.

Open for lunch Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 2:30 pm; Dinner is offered Sunday through Friday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9 pm. Brunch is served on Sundays from 12 noon to 2:30 pm.  Reservations are recommended.  While you are dining with us why not join in on one of our Winery Experiences

Frank Dodd, Chef

Since Frank’s graduation in 1991 from Durham College where he took his apprenticeship, he has never stepped foot out of the kitchen.  It is his true passion in life and it shows through this meticulous attention to detail in the kitchen.  Working at some of the world’s finest dining establishments including: The Savoy and Dorchester Hotels in London as well as Cliveden Hotel, one of Britain’s finest country houses.  Since coming to Canada in 2000, he has worked at Biff’s, Vancouver’s Wedgwood Hotel, and Langdon Hall before taking the Executive Chef position at Hillebrand Winery Restaurant.

Chef Dodd has a passion to focus on the finest seasonal ingredients and strives to produce innovative seasonally-inspired menus that enhance Winemaker Craig McDonald's wines.

Join us for a Dining Experience around our Harvest Table. Enjoy an intimate lunch hosted by a member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team as they share local food and wine stories. The experience will begin with a sparkling reception with artisanal charcuterie in Cellar 63, leading into a 3-course menu featuring wine and food grown in the same soil. Harvest Table Dining Series

Join us at our Harvest Table for a local taste of Niagara. A member of Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team will host your dining event as they share local food and wine stories. You and fellow guests will start with a sparkling reception, leading into a 4-course menu featuring wines perfectly paired by our Winemaker Craig McDonald.
