Trius is the true expression of our winemakers' talent and the terroir of Niagara. Since 1989 Trius has been setting the standard for excellence and our award winning wines are artfully blended and aged to perfection. During this experience our wine consultant will guide you through a tasting of Trius wines. Award-winning and some are only available only at Hillebrand Winery in limited quantities. This is the ideal opportunity to taste, explore and purchase Niagara’s benchmark wine.

The Collector's Boutique tasting room is an elegant and exclusive tasting environment, where you can taste and buy Hillebrand's very best wines. Featuring older vintage library wines and bottlings that are only available at the winery, our team of Wine Consultants are there to answer your questions about your buying selections. The Collector's Boutique is also the ideal place to shop for the latest Riedel crystal stemware, decanters and accessories.
